I have never bought a new vehicle before and was a little nervous. Kale was very welcoming, listened to what I wanted and had tons of information despite having only been there a couple months. I also appreciated that if there was something he didn't know, he wasn't afraid to admit it and would promptly go find someone who did have the information. There was absolutely no pressure at any point in the process, which is a huge selling point for me personally. They offered information and advice to help get me the best deal possible but allowed me to make all decisions at my own pace. I opted for a protection package on my Rogue but have had issues with my voicemail and requested that they text me to set up getting that protective package applied. Also, I was invited to text my salesperson if I had any questions and when I did, they have replied promptly every time. As a woman I have had some really negative car shopping experiences in the past, but I would absolutely go back to Walser in Burnsville again.

The guys were excellent at Walser Nissan, John Tower was great! John is very knowledgeable and stayed well past hours to finish the sale. The rest of the crew stayed to help him wrap up and we appreciated every second of it. Only down side was that we didn’t get the car detailed before leaving and no offer to come back to get it detailed. AND... we were left with just over an 1/8th tank of gas. Any time I’ve purchased a vehicle, whether new or used, they have always had the tank full when we drove off the lot. We had to fill it up right away which was slightly disappointing. The rest of the experience was great and they guys were wonderful!
