Bought a slightly used vehicle from them. Very pushy salesman and managers. After purchase noticed a broken fender liner that costs about $150 to replace. Was told too bad. They could order the part if I wanted to purchase from them. This was a $50K vehicle. Will be taking my services elsewhere next time.

Nice place, quick and easy. I love that they wash the car too! Need to improve on vacuuming if possible, very minor but wasn't done completely. If possible remove the mats, wash the mats if needed, and vacuum throughout. Just an idea. Otherwise great service as usual!

Sales and finance were great. Service ripped my carpet. I went with a perfect backseat carpet, picked up with a giant rip. They claim they did not do it, but it did not rip itself. Of course, no one will come forward to admit they did it. Which does not surprise me. Cause no one wants to get in trouble. But I was super disappointed about it. I have no idea how to fix it myself. Was told initially that appointment would takena little longer due to needing additional parts, would be done by lunchtime the following day. Wasnt done until about 500pm. Went to pick up and van kept stalling, turns out tech never test drove vehicle and one of the spark plugs repkaced was cracked. “Tech” damaged my front wheels and lug nuts doing a rotation which was not needed on my new truck. Service manager offered to repair powder coat on the wheels and replace the lug nuts. The lug nuts were replaced with some small random car lug nuts and do not match the originals. This was shown to whom ever was running the department that day. I had a issue with my jeep wrangler istrument cluster.which I purcjased ìn March 2024 from Walser. Alexandria Jeep dealer could notbe fixed. It sat in alexandria for 2 ,months and they said it could not be fixe. Walser Had it fixed on 10 days. The sales manager and sevice manager worked to help me. They were great to. Eork with. Andrew C was the ,mechanic,he did a great job. I was treated very good. I will be back when I need my next car.

I always get great service when I go to Burnsville Nissan. I’ve never felt like they try to take advantage of me being a woman bringing in my car and they are always great at letting me know if something needs to be done right away or can wait. Sales person very helpful finding slightly used SUV I wanted. Negotiations for price disappointing as the trade in value was low balled compared to prior estimates, and made the process more stressful. The negotiations were not supposed to be haggling. Although the used car guy moved back up soon after negotiations started.

I purchased a Nissan Pathfinder 2017 and I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue both cars have been in the shop more than I would care to have the Rogue is in the shop right now at Walser Coon Rapids I did purchase a car at Walser Coon Rapids in 2018 a 2017 Nissan Sentra I have $190,000 MI and it's never been in the shop so I'm not too crazy about purchasing another car at Walser Burnsville

I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from them iMarch of 24. I purchased a warranty at the same time. The insttament cluster failed, The warranty doesn't cover it. The wehicle odometer was tampered with to convert it to US miles instead of kilometers. We were never told it was a Canadian Vehicle. Fraud or misrepresentation? A jeep dealer in Alexadria has had the jeep for over a month, and told me about the issue.I can not get a part due to jeep not knowing how it was altered. Now I wonder about the true milage too.

A little over 18k on my Nissan Rogue and tires are no good. Dunlop tires installed at factory were junk! Firestone dealer doubted they had been rotated but told him I had that done at every oil change. Performed by Burnsville Nissan supposedly.

Been a walser customer 25 years, and also referred many people there. Mostly satisified, little disappointed this recent purchase with the dealership itself snakey financing guy and give you nothing for trade in. Sales guy was nice, service center is excellent. They wouldn't even get me a 2nd fob on a one year old vehicle.

This dealership always does a great job. We know we will get a detailed report of any work that needs to done. They do a great job.

Service was horrendous. I would pay extra to take my car somewhere else. 8 days to replace a starter. Tried to charge me with the warranty and insanely over priced. Also your service advisors don’t answer phone calls and don’t send updates.
