Bought a used vehicle. Work was completed by Walser before selling to me. I received the report and worked w/ them to get some other things repaired (for an additional charge). They completed the work, accidentally broke something, took a few extra days but didn't charge me anything for it. They finished the final repair and I've had an overall good experience with this team.

Originally bought our car, Burnsville Nissan awesome crew had a recall Eric. The manager in service was awesome upfront and went above and beyond to take care of us. We originally took the car to Mankato for the recall I would never in my life take any car or step foot in Mankato Nissan again stick with Walser

I originally left a review, but it appears to have been removed, so I wanted to provide an update after owning the vehicle for one year.
This has been, without question, the worst vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Most recently, my brake lines failed while I was driving—a serious safety issue. A vehicle should not require major brake system repairs after only one year of ownership, especially if it was properly inspected before being sold.

Love my new Mazda CX5. The new screens are HUGE! But I don't like that it's touchscreen; way too distracting. I could always feel for the right buttons and keep my eyes on the road. They were different sizes and so easy to tell apart. Now that it is touchscreen only, I have to divert my eyes from the road in order to try to touch the screen in the right spot. I don't like it. I suppose all dealerships are the same but when asked if they could do a few minor things before purchasing the car they flat out said no to everything....it is a reminder when things are good for the dealership you win, but when things are not good for dealerships, the line outside may be quite short.

Calling all woman car shoppers!!! Sativa at Walser Nissan understands how time crunched, budget friendly, and loaded with anxiety car shopping can be. The minute I walked in I felt like valued customer and she listened to exactly what I was looking for-- i felt helped not manipulated. She did all the leg work for me and has been extremely helpful even after I bought the car that I wanted. I did not feel pressured or judged. The entire staff from the lovely receptionist to the appraiser to the actual sale was seamless and fast.

I had an appt. with Sativa Moon on 7/6, from the time I got their to the time I left she made us feel comfortable. She listened to what I was looking for and she was very helpful on making sure my needs were met. Sativa went through all options throughly and wasn't in a hurry for choices I made. Sativa was very pleasant, so if you ever go to Walser Nissan asked for Sativa Moon
Absolutely no help after the sale. Got what they wanted out of us and then we could sit and spin. No call back, no check up, just unbelievable. Will not be returning and will tell others to avoid at all cost
Our salesman, Anthony, was really nice and just a decent person to talk to. The sales pitch worked. We ended up purchasing two additional warranties that may or may not come in handy. We were thrilled with our experience at this dealership and salesperson Sativa.
We'd been looking for a 2026 Nissan Leaf S+ (base trim) for months but few dealers have them in stock. We visited other dealers but when we said we want the S+, their reps tried to talk us into higher trim levels. Plus their reps generally knew next to nothing about EVs.

Bought a used car that immediately had brake issues, trim taped on, air suspension problems. Was back in service within a week and broke down on the lot after picking up with two bad batteries and a dead alternator. Pushy addons during sales process (service contract, rust proofing, gap insurance) cancelled and got a better deal just calling molar directly. If you red a new Nissan, probably fine. I would not buy a used car here .
They made it easy to buy a car. We didn’t intend to buy a car that day, but Frank, the salesman, walked us through the process and explained everything thoroughly. No pressure, just every question asked was answered without telling us what he thought we wanted to hear. He was sincerely interested in finding us the right car for this stage of our life.
Eric Saewert was such a great person to work with throughout the entire process. He taught me how the truck works, and helped with all the add ons I wanted to put on the truck. Was not aware they were a “One Price Dealer” which means their price is the price you pay. Bought a car from there and got hit with a bunch of extra fees. Supposed to have everything fixed but yet the sold me a car with a locked ac compressor. Argued with me about blown speakers in the car. They don’t go by any online pricing. They see what cars have sold for and price them off that price which is usually 2-4k more than any others.

The free electric chargers is a nice thought, but your intentions backfire when they are always full and nobody follows the 30 minute rule. It makes it so not only do I not want to attempt to waste my time using your chargers, it makes me consider never coming back again

Sold us a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara. They hyped up the vehicle big time. After driving it for a couple weeks, found that the AC compressor does not work. Conveniently sold before we needed to have AC, but now that is going to cost us a lot of money to get fixed. Vehicle was also missing several parts. Rear defroster does not work as the cable came off back window. Driver visor falls out. If Walser wants to reach out and fix these problems I’d be more than happy to change my rating. I was at this service center for an oil change on my vehicle which was completed on time, however I noticed oil leaking from under the vehicle after the oil change. I went back to the service center on this matter and they rechecked the vehicle and told me that it was the old left over oil from the vehicle due to the design of the vehicle which had to be cleaned up and they said they performed the cleanup to make sure no more oil leaks. My experience was great. Things went smoothly - I could have asked a few more questions around the warranty items as I ended up removing it after including which definitely impacted my financial fungibility. But, overall, it all went fine.
