These guy’s in service are amazing! Frank is my service advisor and is so helpful and is also amazing to work with. Goes beyond expectations always. Ted and Kevin are always great as well. Everyone always makes it a awesome experience and they treat me like a friend! Work is always done in a timely manner. Would recommend this place to anyone needing service done on their vehicle!!!

I had a great experience at Walser Nissan. They cut me a great deal on a vehicle. There was no irritating haggling or sales pressure. There were no hidden costs. The facility has free food and beverages. I'm typically a busy man and they had me in and out the door in about thirty minutes which absolutely won me over.My only knock, which I won't drop the rating for, is that before I arrived I had asked for a ride. After all the paperwork, I was told no ride and the vehicle wasn't clean. Perhaps they didn't think I was serious and ready to drive off in less than an hour... I'll delete this section if they end up coming through but I'm still waiting.

Though I ended up needing to return my electric car, the customer service at this Walser dealership was simply exemplary. I bought a new 2018 Nissan Leaf in February and though I absolutely loved the vehicle, after a couple days I realized the winter battery range for the Leaf was not quite enough for my needs (approx. 45% of the 151 mile range was lost in icy weather). The 3-day return policy for new vehicles was perfectly straightforward and within 10 minutes of returning to the dealership I was able to drive away with my original trade in car, no problem at all. Their policies and personnel were spectacular making sure I was comfortable in the car that fits best. I will be returning (likely in the near future), highly recommend!
