Eric is great in the service department. Great work by all the people that work there
Went twice to test drive some Nissans and had a nice salesman named Eric. As soon as it went past Eric to discuss pricing with some other guy it got disrespectful. I did not enjoy my experience and after a lot of time and energy invested decided to take my business elsewhere.
Tried 4 times to get some information on a transmission they put it with no response.
Since 2008, our family has leased and purchased a total of 11 vehicles from Walser Nissan Burnsville and every one of them were always routinely serviced by the dealership. All of their service agents have been courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Before any work is done, Walser's mechanics email a narrated video comprehensive analysis of their observations and service recommendations. I wouldn't take our Nissan vehicles anywhere else for service.
Very poor customer service , we had an appointment set up with someone and when we get there we were tell he wasn’t available, someone else come and help and as we were in the middle of the process we were told to come back tomorrow, we were set an appt , the next day they call us and told us we are confirm , when we get there we were told they don’t have anyone to see us .
