I had to return the next day because there was something unplugged under my dash. The problem is the way I was treated by the service manager. He clearly did not care about inconvenience this caused me and told me sarcastically to have a nice day as I was driving away.
Lied on phone about parts price. Will not be coming back
I was a customer there for over 15 years. I lease at least 4 cars from them. After I returned my last lease and purchased a used car, i was chopped liver to them. I brought that car to their servicing dept and they said , I needed to bring it to walser GMC in Bloomington, because their shop deals with cadillacs better than they do. GMC had my car for a month. They filed multiple claims under my warranty for the exact same things. I finally got my car back but still having the same issues and now more issues. The warranty ... Since 2008, our family has leased and purchased a total of 11 vehicles from Walser Nissan Burnsville and every one of them were always routinely serviced by the dealership. All of their service agents have been courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
