I had to return the next day because there was something unplugged under my dash. The problem is the way I was treated by the service manager. He clearly did not care about inconvenience this caused me and told me sarcastically to have a nice day as I was driving away.
Lied on phone about parts price. Will not be coming back
I was a customer there for over 15 years. I lease at least 4 cars from them. After I returned my last lease and purchased a used car, i was chopped liver to them. I brought that car to their servicing dept and they said , I needed to bring it to walser GMC in Bloomington, because their shop deals with cadillacs better than they do. GMC had my car for a month. They filed multiple claims under my warranty for the exact same things. I finally got my car back but still having the same issues and now more issues. The warranty ... Since 2008, our family has leased and purchased a total of 11 vehicles from Walser Nissan Burnsville and every one of them were always routinely serviced by the dealership.
